Gary Flesland hands the keys of the Hibbing Facility over to Andy Tracy, the new Hibbing Operations Manager as of Gary’s retirement on July 7, 2017.  Gary has been the only Operations Manager to oversee the Hibbing plant since it opened in 1992.  Gary has been with MDI for 44 years in total and has had a positive and lasting impact on the lives of many employees over the years.  We all wish Gary the best in his retirement.  Andy has worked for MDI for 10 years in various capacities including line worker, line lead, supervisor, employment service case manager, quality technician, and assistant operations manager.  While Gary’s shoes will be hard to fill, we have high expectations with Andy, and look forward to many more years of Hibbing success.
