  3. Fill out the required fields. Register for the “March 2 – Minneapolis Corporate Hour“.  Join the existing team “Unified Work” which is a sub team of Medtronic.
  4. Fundraise a minimum of $75.
  5. Plunge!

We’re freezin’ for a reason. People with disabilities face barriers to employment. The employment rate of working age people (21 to 64) with disabilities in Minnesota is about half the rate of the general population. Most want to work. Employment provides dignity, self-sufficiency and independence. Everyone has abilities and most individuals with disabilities can be productive using minimal accommodations.
