What: Career Skills live virtual training programs for February, March, and April
Minneapolis-based MDI proudly offers Career Skills, instructor-led live training sessions that empower employees to become CEOs of their life! These highly engaging weekly classes help participants build personal and professional development tools that improve productivity, job satisfaction and retention.
MDI provides a skilled trainer and training materials including participant worksheets and engaging activities and exercises. Each class will begin with an orientation for facilitators.
These are virtual courses, delivered through Zoom, to groups of participants gathered in the same physical location with the in-person facilitator. The facilitator helps guide breakout discussions and group activities.
Very little prep time is required for facilitators, making it a simple, impactful program for partners to implement. And, for a limited time, this program is offered at no cost. Partners simply need to provide an in-person facilitator and the technology to participate.
