Debi Thompson has joined MDI as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for providing executive organization-wide leadership, direction, support, and guidance on all issues relating to human resources, ensuring alignment between MDI’s human resources practices, and MDI’s organizational objectives.
Thompson has a unique background in human resources leadership with an experience that spans from global manufacturing businesses to local non-profit organizations. She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. “I enjoy developing leaders, creating a great work environment, and helping others to be successful”, said Thompson.
